In Food & Nutrition: What Everyone Needs to Know (Oxford University Press, 2018), Dr. P.K. Newby sorts food fact from fiction and nutrition science from nonsense when it comes to what we eat and why it matters. In the book, she answers 134 everyday questions related to all things food, from farm to fork.
The book is being published in Chinese in May 2023 and the second edition will be released in 2024. Food and Nutrition has also been translated into Turkish.
